It has been a very cautious week. Last Saturday, in the early hours of New Year’s Day, there were 3 attacks on women in our neighborhood, and with the suspect still on the streets, I have been keeping close tabs on my girlfriends. Normally, I would be completely at ease with their safety, but all of their significant others; husband, fiances and boyfriend, who are all in the same band, just happen to be recording out of state this week. Definitely perfect timing. 

To get our minds off of the attacks, we all decided to have a girls night on the Eastside of town. We had a lot of fun and were out for 9 hours!!! We are crazy about each other. I’m glad that we could have this time together. Meghan and Courtney both got engaged only a week after the other! Completely by surprise. As a newlywed myself, I am so excited to help these two plan their big days!

With all the fun we had this week, texting and chatting, and slumber partying, the boys will all be back tomorrow evening. Luckily, we get to go to the Bridal Extravaganza here in Austin. I’m sure it will be tons better than the one I went to last year in Houston. I’m looking forward to it!!
